Ingredients

Oven-Baked Ribs

Baked Mac & Cheese

Cheese Sauce

BBQ Baked Beans

Method

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Clean ribs with lemon and vinegar, then pat dry. Coat ribs with mustard and season both sides with dry rub, onion powder, and garlic powder. Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.

  2. 2

After 2 hours, remove ribs from oven, add brown sugar, honey, and butter on top, wrap back up, and return to oven for 1 hour. Then remove, add BBQ sauce and sprinkle brown sugar on top, return uncovered to oven for 45 minutes.

  3. 3

For Mac & Cheese: Boil water and cook macaroni noodles until al dente, then drain. Grate mild cheddar, sharp cheddar, and Colby Jack cheeses and set aside. Melt ½ stick butter, add 2 tbsp flour and whisk, then pour in 1½ cups half & half and 1 cup evaporated milk, whisking each time. Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth. Stir in 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, then season with 1 tsp seasoned salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp salt.

  4. 4

Mix cheese sauce with cooked noodles. Butter a baking dish, add a layer of shredded cheese, then macaroni, then repeat layers. Top with Colby Jack cheese and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

For Baked Beans: Cook 1 lb ground beef in a skillet. In a baking dish, combine cooked ground beef with 1 can Bush's Homestyle baked beans, ½ cup brown sugar, ⅓ cup mustard, and ½ cup BBQ sauce. Mix well and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Serve ribs, mac & cheese, and baked beans together.
